Abstract:
By 2008, occupants O1, O2, and O3 occupied building (B1) in Abomey Calavi, Benin. Living Environmemtal conditions in B1 were faily acceptable. By early 2009, O1 occupied B1 alone. Eironmental londitions in B1seriously degraded. By 2017, O1 occupied building B2 in Kandi, Benin. Environmental conditions quickly degraded. The degardations of environmental conditions in B2 are similar to those in B1. B1 is repoted to be owned by an inter African Bank, BCEAO. B2 is reported to be owned by a private entity. Similar advanced technology chemical weapons have been used in the process of degradation of environmental conditions Are there linkages between B1 and B2,? What are the purpose behind the chemical attacks? Investigative file xxxx are opened to seek for an abswer.
